Our Thoughts
Like a smooth cup of coffee, house cats provide a bright start to the day. This blend was inspired by the loving humans who foster cats to place them in their forever homes. Proceeds go to forever fortunate felines, a foster-based rescue in Illinois where cats have the opportunity to be socialized in a home. With over 5,000 cats rescued since 2019, they've made a huge impact on cats needing a second chance.

Fantastic nutty and chocolatey flavor profile. It's awesome that you get reminded that you're contributing to the cat rescue every morning.

My favorite coffee

This blend is a staple at my house - it’s a perfect balance, a bit nutty, sweet, and well rounded.

Nothing beats Cats + Birch Coffee

Consistent with everything from Birch, this blend is outstanding. I LOVE that it also supports a cat rescue group. The only thing I would change is supporting the NYC local animal rescue group Ready for Rescue who brought my soulmate kitty June into my life.

Slightly more acidic but great!
